We look at classified ads and use other non MLS based home selling services to locate many more choices than a typical agent could find. We also can find homes that are unlisted through our local affiliations and contacts.

4. We know the areas of Southwest Florida quite well. When you ask us a question about the area or a subdivision, we will give you our honest opinion. We won’t sugar coat anything, even it means loosing a sale. We will give you real world information on real estate, schools, attractions, communities, and the local economy.

5. We answer the phone. We know it sounds silly, but again you might be surprised in this business. If you call us and leave a message and we don’t get back to you within 24 hours, we will give you $500.00 towards your closing. We put our money where our mouths are!
